All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Services are owned by or licensed to Gera Services Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to our Services, you grant Gera Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.
Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available; transactions are settled in GBP.
Gera Prime subscriptions (Individual £9.99/month or £99/year; Family £19.99/month; Business £49/month) renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
GeraCoins are a virtual reward currency with no cash value. They may be redeemed for discounts on Gera Services products. GeraCoins expire 12 months from issuance if not used. Gera Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the GeraCoins programme at any time with 30 days' notice.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GERA SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GERA SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gera Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
